Our inspiration: A passion for comprehensive care
Everlight 24/7 Child Development Center was inspired by a deep passion for serving children and families who often struggle to find reliable, compassionate, and specialized care, especially outside of traditional daycare hours. After spending over 17 years working in special education with children facing autism, learning disabilities, and behavioral challenges, our founder saw firsthand how many families need support that goes beyond the standard 9-to-5 schedule.
Our professional journey has included working with public schools, nonprofit organizations, senior care, group homes for individuals with disabilities, and as a Life Skills Coach for adults with autism. These experiences provided a broad understanding of the unique developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs of individuals across all stages of life. Most importantly, they strengthened our commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered.
