How to enroll your child at Everlight
Enrolling your child is simple and designed to help families get started quickly and confidently. We’ve streamlined the process to ensure a smooth transition for both you and your child.
1. Initial inquiry or tour request
Parents begin by contacting us through our website, phone, or email to ask questions or schedule a tour. This is a chance to learn more about our 24/7 care, programs, and availability.
2. Center visit or virtual introduction
Families are invited to tour the facility (in person or virtually). Parents can meet staff, view classrooms, and understand our daily routines and safety procedures.
3. Enrollment application
Parents complete a short enrollment form with child’s information, emergency contacts, schedule needs (including overnight or flexible care), and any medical, developmental, or support needs.
Required documents submission
To ensure safety and compliance, parents provide immunization records, birth certificate (or ID verification), emergency medical authorization forms, and any individualized care plans.

What parents should prepare before enrollment
To make the enrollment process smooth and quick, we ask parents to have a few important documents and details ready before starting.
Child’s basic information
Full legal name of the child, date of birth, home address, and primary language spoken at home.
Health and medical records
Up-to-date immunization records, any known allergies or medical conditions, emergency medical authorization form, and doctor’s contact information.
Emergency contact information
At least 2 emergency contacts (names, phone numbers, relationship) and an authorized pickup list (who is allowed to pick up the child).
Care and schedule needs
Desired schedule (daytime, overnight, or 24/7 care), special routines or sleep schedules, and behavioral, developmental, or learning needs.
